Professional History:
After receiving my BS in PE with a Fitness Emphasis & Spanish, I worked as a Director of Corporate Wellness in San Francisco, CA for 4 years. That eventually led me to pursue a MS in Physical Therapy and develop my skills as a Holistic Physical Therapist which I have done for the past 25 years. Throughout my journey as a physical therapist, I have trained in Myofascial Release (MFR) and Craniosacral Therapy (CST) through many levels of advanced coursework. The addition of Visceral Manipulation (VM) and Healing From The Core (HFC) have blended with my skills in Pelvic Rehab/Pelvic Health to create a unique whole body approach to all those I have the pleasure to work with on their healing journey.
I work with clients globally to address the nutritional and lifestyle aspect of health management, and the behavioural component required for sustained change. Healing from chronic illness I know powerful detox, nutrition, mindset and lifestyle are to live in optimal health.
Current clients include women with sugar addictions, digestive troubles, under-active thyroid, low immunity, hormone imbalance and PCOS. A common theme is chronic fatigue. I also work with men who are exhausted and or want to lose weight.
My personal and professional experience has taught me that the most profound and sustainable health outcomes occur when you commit to a period of dedicated support (ideally 3-months) that not only aims to alleviate symptoms, but treat the causes of the presenting illnesses and reduce their likelihood of recurring. To thrive, physically, emotionally and mentally.
Specialties:
I use a Functional Medicine approach to help you uncover the root cause of the health challenges you may be experiencing. Bringing a wealth of experience, which I couple with my training, to bring you back to Optimal Health.

I’ve dedicated my life to helping others who need an advocate when they can’t advocate for themselves.
I’m here for you, and I will walk this journey with you. I will not judge you, I will support you, and I will push you to see your strengths.
