The Certification Program is rocking my world. I have done a lot of training programs in the last five years and this is hands down the best one I’ve ever participated in.

In this relatively new field of work in which the research and facts are sometimes scarce, having access to this course that is so well-researched is so encouraging. Jessica has covered every aspect of women’s hormonal health and backed it all up with thorough evidence-based research. It’s all very compelling!

Each session has been interactive and engaging. Jessica is a masterful teacher and her passion for this work really shines through every step of the way. She has left no stone unturned and covers each topic comprehensively. There is so much material that I find myself going back through each of the webinars at least 2 or 3 times. Additionally, I’ve implemented a lot of what I’ve learned into my own practice and I’m seeing phenomenal results with my clients.

If you are a coach or physical therapist and want to learn the best evidence-based practices to help your female clients, this is the course to take!

“This Women’s Health Coach Certification program was fantastic! I love the new skills I have learned and had no idea that coaching was so helpful in every aspect of my life.”

It has made me be more mindful in conversations and helped me to be more aware of my own current situation. I feel that the course has helped my health in a positive way and I hope to continue to have this support. I really liked the content and I feel much more empowered to work with women.

The Women’s Health Coaching Certificate program is a top-notch program that really helps the practitioner take their knowledge and skill to the next level.

I personally have been able to provide better care to the women I work with. I have also greatly benefited from applying the coaching and lifestyle management strategies to myself. I also look closer at how I am feeling and have developed better stress responses, and nutritional plans.

Thank you so much Jessica for pursuing your passion to help women. It will have an amazingly positive ripple affect now and many years to come for me in my practice, my life, and the life of my family. I also appreciate the support staff and the quick response to questions. Overall this program is amazing!”

Nicole Jardim, WHC

“This is the best course I’ve ever taken. The content was so dense but totally approachable and absorbable. Everything Jessica says in the lectures are pure gold and her wealth and depth of knowledge is so inspiring. The coaching calls with my Master Coach were unbelievably helpful. Pauline gives such good feedback and advice on how to improve my skills, but also bigs me up and makes me feel so confident in my abilities. The retreats were so special, getting to know other students, practising and growing together. By the end of the 3rd retreat, I felt I had levelled up my coaching skills and again built my confidence.

Having an accountability triad is wonderful – getting to know the other women and again, practising and growing together.

Thanks for doing what you do. I spent a few years knowing that I wanted a career change but didn’t know what to do. I remember the moment I realised health coaching was what I should do next… it felt like my body and mind aligned with the universe and I was lit up! I was so excited and energised that I went for a run, and I never run! Finding the IWHI further confirmed that I was on the right path. Each step of the process from that initial call with the career team to now has been the best experience. I’ve never been so excited to study before, so thank you!”

I cannot say enough good things about IWHI’s Women’s Health Coach Certification program. It is thorough, informative, evidence-based, practical, and changes the paradigm of caring for women with pelvic pain.

As a board certified obstetrician and gynecologist who has been dissatisfied with the standard of care for pelvic pain and spent thousands of dollars attending numerous conferences on pelvic pain, pain processing, holistic and integrative medicine, I wish I had started with this program first. I would have saved money and been very well prepared to treat this patient population in a more and evidence-based way.

For any medical doctors who may be hesitant, delay no longer; you will be more than satisfied! This course will change your practice and the way you view not only your pelvic pain patients but all of your patients.”

“The course not only covers important health topics but also weaves them in such a way that shows how everything is important and nothing should be looked at as a separate issue or just a symptom. The fact that Jessica keeps underlining the importance of stress responses, resilience, all the grouping of trauma and emotional health is just the peaches and cream of this program for me. Nutrition and good food was always part of my life even when growing up, and I still learned new and exciting things here. I feel very thankful and lucky I found IWHC. I have learned so much from everyone in this program and I am thankful for those connections.

Heba Shaheed, PT, WHC, The Pelvic Expert

Jessica Drummond is one of the most amazing women and mentors I’ve had the pleasure to meet (virtually).

IWHI provides all the answers I have been searching for – an integrative approach to women’s health care, combining nutrition, lifestyle and premier coaching for ultimate health.

I stumbled across IWHI in 2014 when I was trying to find help for the many personal issues I was facing. My health was at it’s lowest, I’d just had my first Endometriosis laparoscopy, and was still experiencing many symptoms particularly digestively and hormonally.

I am blessed to be one of the first students to enroll for the Women’s Health Coaching program. And the program literally changed my life, transforming my own health and the health of my complex clients beyond bounds.

Going through the program has also inspired me to start up my own online education and coaching business – The Pelvic Expert. I’m so grateful to have the support of amazing therapists, coaches, and healers like Jessica. Thank you Jessica for being an amazing inspiration!”
