My current clients include women with sugar addictions, IBS, hypothyroidism, endometriosis and PCOS. A common theme is chronic fatigue as a result of these challenges. I also work with men who are primarily focused on weight loss.

My personal and professional experience has taught me that the most profound and sustainable health outcomes occur when people commit to a period of intensive support that not only aims to alleviate symptoms, but treat the causes of the presenting illnesses and reduce their likelihood of recurring.

Those who commit to at least 3 months, and make a personal contract with themselves to show up and give their body the nourishment and TLC it needs to flourish and thrive, experience the greatest long term outcomes – physically, emotionally and mentally.

I work with patients both virtually and in person.

I am a fellow Endo Warrior, and I was diagnosed after 20 years with stage IV Endometriosis. I understand that not everyone has the time, resources, patience, or energy to learn about a disease they are fighting every.single.day.

I’ve dedicated my life to helping others who need an advocate when they can’t advocate for themselves.

I’m here for you, and I will walk this journey with you. I will not judge you, I will support you, and I will push you to see your strengths.

Together, we’re going to get through this.
