I love Jessica’s teaching style of the Hormones 101 course. It’s simplified without compromising the content. I understood the HPA and HPT axis function following the lesson and pathways shown on the slides. One of the best things about being part of the IWHI community is all the support and richness in learning. I particularly love how Jessica provides links to research and evidence. I work one on one with menopausal women and I am launching a digital course in January to support these women. This course has given me clarity on highlighting the HPA Axis dysfunction. This course was excellent.
