I enjoyed the course very much. I love Jessica’s teaching style. She is knowledgable, down to earth, and well organized. I also appreciate that she focused on a systems approach and backed up her material with scientific studies. Also, thank you for including interviews with a variety of practitioners. It was very helpful to hear different perspectives, or the same perspectives in varying ways.
