I thought the Hormones 101 program was fantastic and the knowledge gained will be immensely helpful in building my practice. I enjoyed the course in its entirety but purchased it mainly to expand my knowledge of Thyroid health and optimizing it in women. While I enjoyed that module and learned a great deal, the third module on sex hormones was my favorite. As a mother and hormone coach, I found it informative, thought-provoking, and I will use this information in everyday life as well as my practice.
