My impression of the Hormones 101 program was very positive. The scientific information was presented in relevant, easy-to-understand ways. This is exactly how I’d be discussing the topics with my clients. As a certified Health Coach, I will be focusing more on midlife women and the hormonal issues related to the age group because of the specific hormonal knowledge obtained through the Hormones 101 program.
