“I really enjoyed the Optimal Fertility program. There was a lot of information to cover but it was the right amount of content, and I will be referring back to the material on a regular basis. I found the program challenging and interesting and it has widened and deepened my understanding in a few areas I really wanted to explore further. The program lived up to my expectations.
