The Hormones 101 program was well organized and very well presented. I loved the references to the scientific literature. I always enjoy looking at the molecular level to understand the ‘why’ behind what is happening. This is one reason why I love the IWHI and everything that Jessica presents. Possible causes and solutions as well as special considerations were easy to understand as described. I really appreciate the bonus section about lab testing. Overall, this course will help me better to carefully evaluate my client’s situations and find individual root causes and specific solutions. Thank you!
