I enjoyed the content of the Women’s Health Coaching Certification program and feel that it is preparing me to be a good health coach. I like Jessica’s teaching style and find her easy to listen to and learn from. I feel that I have met my objectives of the course. One of my favorite things I learned in the program so far was how to question people to get their own answers, learning to listen, learning to be non judgemental, learning how to take the pressure off myself and not be attached to the clients outcome. The Women’s Health Coaching Certification program has made me want to study more about Functional Medicine especially relating to the endocrine system. I would definitely recommend this program.
