Are you a women’s health professional looking to expand your knowledge and services?

Have you considered becoming a certified women’s health coach?

In this post, we’ll explore the experience of Kristen Robles, PT, NCPT, a women’s health physical therapist who became a certified women’s health coach through the Integrative Women’s Health Institute (IWHI) program.

Before Kristen found The Integrative Women’s Health Institute and The Women’s Health Coach Certification program, she was already practicing as a women’s health physical therapist, serving a special population in pelvic and abdominal health.

However, she felt that she needed to dive deeper into the conditions she was treating, which led her to search for a more integrative approach to practicing, including functional nutrition.

She stumbled upon The Integrative Women’s Health Institute through a Google search and found the program to be a perfect match for her needs.

At first, Kristen had hesitations about the time and financial commitment required by the program, but she eventually realized that the value of the program far outweighed any concerns.

She was particularly interested in the clinical nutritional pieces of the program, including lab testing and the clinical gut microbiome.

However, as she progressed through the program, she realized that the mindful listening pieces, such as creating space for patients to drive the bus and guiding them through mindful questions, were just as important.

Kristen’s work life has changed completely since she became a certified women’s health coach.

She is now the boss of her own practice, which has had a positive impact on her stress levels and work-life balance!

She has found that the skills she learned through the Women’s Health Coach certification have not only helped her professionally, but also personally, in areas where her cup was getting depleted.

If you are a women’s health professional looking to expand your knowledge and services, becoming a certified women’s health coach through the Integrative Women’s Health Institute may be the perfect fit for you.

With a comprehensive program that covers clinical nutritional pieces and mindful listening pieces, you will be able to take your practice to the next level and improve the lives of your patients.
