IWHI’s mission is to help women achieve optimal health and wellbeing.

We believe that in order for clients and patients to be healthy, the professionals and coaches working with them must be healthy too!

Meet Heidi.

She was an exhausted pelvic PT and nurse, struggling to recover after her miscarriage left her in pain, with chronic heavy bleeding and emotional weariness for over a year!

She joined our CEO, Dr. Jessica Drummond to share how, after learning about The Women’s Health Coach Certification program, she knew that this was her next step to upleveling her career.

But, first she wanted to get her own health back!

So many of our Women’s Health Coach Certification grads start out as their own first case studies. They finally take a breath to attend to their own burnout, exhaustion, and health struggles so that they can better care for their clients.

Heidi was thrilled to learn how to finally optimize her own digestive and gut microbiome health, nutrition, and nervous system regulation.

She was finally able to heal after a year of suffering after her miscarriage, going from specialist to specialist and still not getting any answers.

Heidi joined the program to help herself, but her goal was to become a Certified Women’s Health Coach and to help other women who are suffering.

Initially, she had financial hesitation – she had huge medical bills after her miscarriage and had just had just finished some expensive remediations after her home flooded.

But, she knew that becoming a Women’s Health Coach was the best next step for her health and her career so she dug deep and found the resources to join the program.

Becoming a Women’s Health Coach helped Heidi to not only heal herself, but to understand herself better, and manage her stress.
