Meet Your Instructors

Dr. Jessica Drummond, DCN, CCN, PT

Dr. Jessica Drummond is a functional nutrition and integrative women’s health expert. She has 18 years of clinical experience as a pelvic and women’s health physical therapist, clinical nutritionist, and health coach. She cares deeply about empowering her patients to take control of their health, and is passionate about teaching effective, conservative tools and strategies to her healthcare colleagues.

Jessica lectures and teaches internationally at the postgraduate level on women’s health topics, and maintains a small, private, virtual practice where she continues to work with patients from around the globe. She is an invited lecturer at a variety of global conferences, including The International Pelvic Pain Society Conference, The Future of Healing Online Conference, and The Invivo Women's Health Summit. Her scholarly writing includes contributing a chapter on Functional Nutrition for Pelvic Health to Healing in Urology, and a recent case study on a functional nutrition approach to Vulvodynia and IBS, published in Integrative Medicine: A Clinician’s Journal.

Hilary Sauder, M.S. OTR/L

Hilary Sauder is a Women’s Health Occupational Therapist and Women’s Health Coach. Hilary was drawn to women’s health by seeing women struggle with pelvic pain, hormone imbalances, painful periods, and infertility and not getting the support or education they need to improve their quality of life or meet those goals. She strongly believes knowledge is power and women know their body best. She has the desire to empower women through direct therapy, mindset, and lifestyle training to live and enjoy life to their fullest.

Hilary has trained with Herman and Wallace Institute, the Institute for Birth and Healing, and the Integrative Women’s Health Institute. She is an advocate of mind/body care for optimal performance and life balance. It takes a village, and she want to make sure her clients have the resources they need to flourish in this amazing yet challenging journey of womanhood.
