Holistic Pelvic Pain Relief
Are you tired of being in pain?
Is your pelvic pain from endometriosis, period pain, painful sex, vulvodynia, bladder pain, constipation or IBS limiting your life and wearing you out?
Have you wanted to make changes in your health and life, but you just don’t know how to begin?
Do you struggle with staying on track with things that do help your pain, like consistently eating healthfully, doing your pelvic floor exercises, or meditating?
If this sounds familiar... consider one-on-one, private, individualized, pelvic health coaching.
Group programs are great for learning, accountability, and encouragement, but nothing compares to private coaching to guide your specific next steps!
The truth is that every person is unique.
Being personally coached can help you make realistic and achievable goals, have individualized attention to your specific concerns, and have better outcomes faster.
It can also help you decrease medical costs, increase your quality of life, and have someone on your side to really listen to your struggles, not just send you off to another specialist.
Private health coaching can be prohibitively expensive, and to work with an experienced and specialized coach there is often a long wait just to get an appointment.
We want to you to succeed. We want your pain to improve. To support you through this healing journey we are offering a great one on one coaching package, available now, in addition to the group program. You’ll be able to skip the waiting list to see our sought after and specialized health coaching team, during your group coaching program... now.
I feel like nutrition plays a huge role in pelvic pain and is definitely a piece of the puzzle for me. While I am still on my pelvic pain journey, I can honestly tell you that finding Jessica and participating in her program has greatly improved health.— Laura Ricci, Physical Therapist
I am a health & wellness coach with endometriosis; probably the most complex case I have worked on. In 2012 I was in pain almost daily. I don’t know how to express in words what I feel about this program. It has made me better personally and professionally. In my personal and professional opinion, this program is the best one there is out there.— Audrey Sourroubille, Women’s Health Coach
