What Our Students Say:
“As a pediatric physical therapist and mother to very athletic children, I was happy to see this great program that helps educate on this important topic of athlete wellness and bring light to a variety of topics and issues impacting our children, especially with the rise of early specialization in sports and competitive year long traveling leagues. The information was also valuable to me as a mother and athlete myself to learn ways to support my hormones throughout my life. Thanks Jessica and Julie for developing this program! I enjoyed learning visualization strategies like the bell to help when working with kids and I would love to learn more. I also liked having the quizzes after each module.”
-- Heather Mathis, PT
“This program went above and beyond any course I have taken on Female Athletes and I found it all applicable to my practice.”
-- Jessica DeVore, PT, Battle Born Health, Physical Therapy and Health Coaching

How to consider growth and balance issues in young female athletes. How to encourage healthy movement, not disordered exercise for excessive weight loss.

In this module, we’ll also cover movement for bone and pelvic health, and include a bonus interview with Julie Wiebe, PT on recovering the core stability and strength post-pregnancy.
Module 3: Young Female Athlete Nutrition
When eating for growth AND performance, young female athletes have unique needs. And, with even high level athletes showing nutrient deficiencies in studies on Division I collegiate athletes and elite athletes, now is the time to optimize fueling for sport.
Module 4: Nutrition for Performance Enhancement
Most athletes are not eating enough (nutrients!) Many are eating plenty of sugar, processed foods, and low value foods, but most female athletes need a nutrient burst.
