These 6 modules will be delivered to your inbox - one each week. You can complete the program at your own pace, and you have access to the content for the lifetime of the program.


Module 1: Mindset

In this module we’ll help you to be very comfortable in your role in your own recovery. Each person’s pain reduction/ relief recipe is unique, and we will show you how to build a highly skilled, compassionate, and supportive clinical team and home team to help you figure out the unique recipe of strategies that will work to relieve your pain. With the mindset skills that you develop in this module, you will never need to feel alone on your path to healing again

Module 2: Vision

When the pain is so intense that you can barely breathe, or you are so tired from day-in and day-out pain for months, it’s hard to think of anything but feeling a bit of relief. I’ve been there. From being curled up in a ball on the bathroom floor, to being rushed to the hospital, or feeling the crushing fatigue of my hormonal condition, I understand how you feel. But, once the severity of the pain lifts a bit, or you get a bit of energy back, it can be really hard to maintain the daily nutrition, movement, mindfulness, sleep, and other key ingredients to your pain relief recipe consistently for the long term. That is why having a vision for WHY you want to be more than just out of pain but vibrantly healthy is essential. It’s not enough for long term healing to just be running from the pain, you need to be making these lifestyle changes for the sake of a larger vision - getting that promotion, playing with your kids more actively, doing a walking tour of Europe - whatever your vision is, getting clear will help to keep you focused, even when the going gets tough.

Module 3: Elimination Diet

There is no such thing as an "IC diet", "Endo diet", or any one-size-fits-all diet for your diagnosis. For some women with pelvic pain, there are underlying autoimmune issues, and they will be on a more plant based paleo diet to support their immune and mitochondrial health. For other women, histamine, oxalate, or salicylate sensitivities can be a problem. Others do best on a low inflammatory diet. Still others do best by simply supporting better digestive health and eating more mindfully. We’ll support you with a step-by-step process and resources for finding your most healing nutrition plan.

Module 4: Re-Challenge The Diet

In the short term, you will likely do best with some sort of restrictive diet with a focus on adding in nourishing foods. (You’ll figure out the details for YOU in Module 3.) But in the long term, you’ll need to find the most diverse nutrition plan possible. I want you to be able to eat as flexibly as possible, avoid nutrient deficiencies, and to enjoy healthy and delicious food for health, and for pleasure with the people in your life you love to eat with

Module 5 & 6: Pelvic Pain Relief Supplement Support

If you’re overwhelmed by reading blog posts or going to the health food store to try to figure out which nutrient and herbal supplements are right for your pain relief, these modules will clear up your confusion. Just like when it comes to your food plan there is no one-size-fits-all supplement protocol for everyone. So, we’ll show you what to consider when it comes to supplementing your nutrition needs, supporting hormone balance, immune health, and pain relief with vitamins, minerals, and herbal supplements. And, we’ll show you how to find good quality options.

Module 7 & 8: Lifestyle Strategies for Pelvic Pain Relief

Pelvic health involves many factors, not just nutrition. Learn how to better manage your stress, schedule, and goals. How to sleep better. How to understand the science behind pain, and how to calm your nervous system. If you tend to give of yourself to the point of depletion, always feel overscheduled, or simply don’t know how to calm your body and mind without alcohol, sleep medication, or 2 weeks of vacation on a quiet island, these modules will connect how stress management, sleep, and calming your immune and nervous systems can dramatically reduce your pain. Module 9: Building your healing team

No one can get to the root of her pelvic pain alone. There are skilled professionals available to help. They can sometimes be hard to find, and sometimes it can feel like searching for a needle in a haystack. But, skilled, compassionate healing professional exist, and we’ll help you to find them.

Module 10: Safe movement for pain relief

Sometimes movement can be scary when you’re in pain. In this module, we’ll talk about how to develop a safe, healing movement practice to reduce your pelvic pain. And, we’ll discuss strategies for using movement as a consistent, daily practice for the long term to keep your pain down.

Module 11 & 12: Hormone Balance for Pelvic Pain Relief

Whether your pain is cyclical or not, low estrogen, high estrogen, stress hormone imbalances, and more can impact the severity of your pain and how it is triggered. Getting your hormones in balance with lifestyle medicine, nourishment, sleep and circadian rhythm balance is a key piece of the puzzle for most women with pelvic or sexual pain.

Dr. Jessica Drummond, DCN, CCN, PT, Founder and CEO of the Integrative Women's Health Institute is passionate about caring for and empowering women who struggle with women’s and pelvic health conditions.

She is equally passionate about educating and supporting clinicians in confidently and safely using integrative tools to transform women's and pelvic healthcare.

Having two decades of experience in women’s and pelvic health as a physical therapist and functional nutritionist, plus owning a private women’s health clinical nutrition and coaching practice, gives her a unique perspective on the integrative, conservative options for pelvic pain management, hormone balance, preconception and fertility support, postpartum recovery, and chronic pain and fatigue management.
