Healing Women’s Hearts: An Integrative Approach
The course will focus on the integration of coaching communication skills with body-mind healing strategies in women’s cardiovascular health.
Participants will learn evidence-based health coaching strategies for optimal heart health and techniques for sustained heart-healthy lifestyle change.
The course will also cover the nervous system and its impact on cardiovascular health, including techniques and tools for regulating the nervous system and improving heart rate variability.
