Do you want to learn a safe and fun new way to engage your core muscles, reduce your low back pain, re-connect with your abs, your breath, and even your feminine energy?

I have something really FUN to share with you today!

I spend a lot of my day sitting, and when I stand at my standing desk, I usually just stand there. When I workout, I usually run, walk, do linear core work, lift weights or do yoga. I don’t spend much time dancing, and there are muscles in my core that I really haven’t tuned in to since before I gave birth to my daughters (almost 13 years ago!).

My postpartum belly is in decent shape. But, doing my core exercises has never been fun!

So, I brought my friend, student, and brilliant colleague, Brianne Grogan in for a chat. She is a women’s health physical therapist and fitness expert who is doctoral trained, and she brings all of that book wisdom and clinical knowledge to her fitness program. But, more importantly, she brings her feminine energy, her warm and fun personality, and her vibrant essence to something as dull as “core work,” and makes it fabulous!

Join Brianne and me for some woman-to-woman conversation about how bringing hip circles into your life can help you to recover postpartum, reduce back and pelvic pain, calm your nervous system, and even bring more spark to your sex life.
