Jessica Drummond, MPT, CCN, CHC is a functional nutrition and integrative women’s health expert. She has over 15 years of clinical experience as a pelvic and women’s health physical therapist, clinical nutritionist, and health coach. She cares deeply about empowering her patients to take control of their health, and is passionate about teaching effective, conservative tools and strategies to her healthcare colleagues.

Jessica lectures and teaches internationally at the postgraduate level on women’s health topics, and maintains a small, private, virtual practice where she continues to work with patients from around the globe. She is an invited lecturer at a variety of global conferences, including The 2015 International Pelvic Pain Society Conference, The Future of Healing Online Conference, and The 2016 Invivo Women's Health Summit, and her scholarly writing includes contributing a chapter on Functional Nutrition for Pelvic Health to the upcoming book, Healing in Urology.

Brianne Grogan graduated as a Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2006 from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon. While pregnant with her son, Brianne began coursework that allowed her to specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction.

In 2009 Brianne left the traditional role as a clinician in order to start her own fitness revolution, FemFusion® Fitness. Today, Brianne teaches live FemFusion classes internationally. Brianne is an AFAA certified group fitness instructor, a certified women’s health and nutrition coach, a dōTERRA Wellness Advocate, and the author of Lady Bits: Understand Your Body, Elevate Your Health, and Reclaim Your Spark Naturally. She does not believe in “one size fits all” diet and exercise plans, but stands by one simple rule that applies to everyone: For vibrant health, “eat clean, and move every day.”
