Pre-Module: Practice FOCUS
If you're a multi-passionate healer, this Pre-Module is for YOU! If you've ever asked yourself, "What do I want to do with my life?" this is for you! In this Pre-Module, you'll focus your various skills... Maybe you're a yoga teacher, health coach, massage therapist, physical or occupational therapist, nutrition professional, life coach, psychologist, social worker, energy worker, pre-natal fitness, menopause expert, or LOTS OF THESE, and you don't know where to begin to create a practice that integrates all of your skills in a way that WON'T BURN YOU OUT. If you are confused about what kind of a business you even want to build, this Pre-Module is for you!
How to Get Clients_Level 1 Curriculum:
Module 1 : Knowledge is Power
In this module, you will do a deep dive assessment of your competition. Whether your practice is local or digital, you will have competitors. By understanding what they offer, and how your offering is similar and different, you will learn to focus your marketing on your unique selling proposition. Clarifying your unique niche often turns your competitors into collaborators or even referral partners.
Module 2: Who is Your Service For?
Speaking directly to your ideal client is the key to content marketing. But, if you're not clear about who your ideal client is, you will struggle to communicate with her. The better you understand your ideal client, the more confidence you will have to speak with her powerfully, even if you're saying things that others might find controversial.
Module 3: Defining Your Niche
In this module, you will take what you learned in the Pre-Module, and first two Modules and confidently declare your niche. You will be coached through the risks and benefits of staying focused on your niche for at least the next few years. You will learn what to do if attracting clients in your niche market "fails." Plus, you'll understand when to stay the course and when to pivot when it comes to committing to serve a niche market with your unique skills and perspective.
Module 4: Brand
Once you know who you're serving, how you can uniquely serve them, and what niche market you've decided to join or create, you will further distinguish yourself in the noisy marketplace by building a brand identity. Your brand is far more than your visual logo. It's how you communicate, what you wear, how much of your story you share, how much you script compared with how much you speak live and casually. Your brand is your personal expression through your digital and in-person content.
BONUS: Finding Your Voice. How to develop your branded business voice for live speaking, video, social posting, podcasting, and blogging while remaining authentic.
Module 5: Building Your Email List
While it's great to build a platform on a social site, or have regular attendance at your live workshops, email is still key to building relationships with the 80% of potential clients who will need to get to know you better before working with you. It takes an average of 7 times for a potential client to meet, see, and hear from you in person or digitally for them to purchase one of your offerings. Building an email list allows you to develop this relationship with your potential clients, and to keep them as clients through the various phases of their healing journey. Plus, in this module, you'll learn our specific recommendations regarding platforms and technical set up for maintaining your email list.
Module 6: Creating Your Initial Content Marketing Plan
To connect with your ideal clients consistently, you must have a clear content marketing plan. You will learn to use blogging, social media posting, videos, podcasts, and live speaking to become a known expert in your niche. It's essential to have a content plan so that you're not just randomly posting or blogging, that you're building SEO, and that you stay on brand. Planning and consistency are key when it comes to successfully building out your content marketing across all of the platforms where you communicate with clients and potential clients.
BONUS: The Content River. How to simplify your social media marketing to get more clients and reduce your social media overwhelm!
It was great getting such direct feedback, advice and ideas from Jessica and Susan as I'm working to define my nutrition niche and up my website/ social media/ opt-in game. The small size was a big plus and I was able to get lots of feedback on our live calls. Just the kick in the pants I needed to make some decisions about the direction I want to go in."— Robin Randisi, Nutritionist
Get LIVE support from health industry business and marketing experts to build the practice that you desire that serves your ideal client and YOU!
Until recently, stepping outside of the box as a health or wellness professional was nearly impossible. Either you worked in a hospital, private practice, wellness center, or fitness studio, or nothing. Today you can lead retreats, create digital courses, do private or group coaching and even integrate any of these into existing practice models. The sky is really the limit. Plus, you're no longer limited to serving the women in your geographic area. Instead, you can reach women all over the globe.
The Business Incubator course was exactly what I needed. I received so much good information and guidance, while also getting personal attention during the live coaching calls. It was really hard for me to figure out how I wanted to narrow down my focus and identify my niche and ideal client - I just kept struggling. But Jessica and Amy were patient and coached me through it and gave me such helpful advice. I’m lucky to have them as my mentors and grateful that I took this course at the early stages in building my business - it got me out of being “stuck” and into taking action!"— Sarah Hammit, Health Coach, myjourneywellness.com

Create a practice that will serve your clients, and eliminate burnout!
I have been a successful clinician in private practice for a long time, but stepping into training other clinicians to work with complex medical cases was challenging to say the least. It is also too easy to fall into analysis paralysis and get in your own way no matter how experienced of a business owner you already are! Jessica’s support helped me get over myself and just go and do it - launch my EBV Clinician Training Program that I am now absolutely loving!!! Thank you Jessica!!! And I know I had to listen because while we are colleague nutritionists and both successful business owners, I often look up to her for her amazing business expertise and savvy and practical approach. Her guidance has been priceless and always so appreciated. I can promise you that any business coaching Jessica puts together will be phenomenal and absolutely worth every penny!"— Kasia Kines, Nutritionist, kasiakines.com

What Our Students Say:
“Dr. Drummond and her team is exactly what I was looking for! I’ve tried multiple other business start-up type of programs (some of them more expensive!) that claim to show you the path to success. I know now the reason those programs didn’t work for me – I didn’t know my niche!
Dr. Drummond has put together a step by step process that focuses on YOU. Right down to the self-care that most entrepreneurs forget to build into their daily lives. She makes you get clear about the first step – WHAT is your niche before moving forward. I was still feeling self-doubt about making this decision but I felt comfortable reaching out for some one-on-one coaching help because of the environment and sense of community she and her team creates in their programs.
I was stuck due to unique life circumstances and was able to set up a call with Dr. Drummond that changed my mind-set and my confidence because she gave me real-world implementable action steps!
I can’t wait for this exciting journey ahead of me! Updates to come…" -- Marta Canfield, MD, canfieldintegrativemd.com

"I have had the absolute pleasure of having one to one mentoring with Jessica. As a registered nutritional therapist in the UK specializing in female health, having someone with such incredible knowledge to discuss things with and learn from has been a privilege. I really benefited from Jessica's gentle and supportive approach while working on my first book, The Balance Plan, where we discussed hormones at length. As well as working on the structure of my signature talk. Jessica not only shared her knowledge but she guided and championed me on. I look forward to continuing working with Jessica and highly recommend her. Thank you Jessica!"

"Being part of the business program is the perfect way to assess where you are in your business, where you want to be in your business and how you will take care of yourself as you reach for your dreams. Being part of a small group allowed me to honestly share both my fears and desires about managing my brick and mortar business, finding tie to grow my online programs and be the mom/wife I wish to be. Jessica and Susan provided excellent guidance in prioritizing duties, managing boundaries and maintaining self care. Exactly the support I needed at exactly the right time."
-- Amy Hill Fife, MPT, WCS, Physical Therapist
"Jessica and her team take the time with each member of the Business Incubator program to assist and guide the business owner in running a business they want to have by helping them clarify the vision of their business and how it fits in with their personal goals. What is different about their program is that they take the time to understand what your business is about, why you are doing what you are doing and who your clients are. This is not a one box fits all approach."
-- Leah Robilotto, Founder - The Food Allergy Institute
