​Pre-Module: Practice FOCUS​

​If you're a multi-passionate healer, this Pre-Module is for YOU! If you've ever asked yourself, "What do I want to do with my life?" this is for you! In this Pre-Module, you'll focus your various skills... Maybe you're a yoga teacher, health coach, massage therapist, physical or occupational therapist, nutrition professional, life coach, psychologist, social worker, energy worker, pre-natal fitness, menopause expert, or LOTS OF THESE, and you don't know where to begin to create a practice that integrates all of your skills in a way that WON'T BURN YOU OUT. If you are confused about what kind of a business you even want to build, this Pre-Module is for you!

How to Get Clients_Level 1 Curriculum:

Module 1 : ​Knowledge is Power
​In this module, you will do a deep dive assessment of your competition. Whether your practice is local or digital, you will have competitors. By understanding what they offer, and how your offering is similar and different, you will learn to focus your marketing on your unique selling proposition. Clarifying your unique niche often turns your competitors into collaborators or even referral partners.

Module 2: ​Who is Your Service For?
​Speaking directly to your ideal client is the key to content marketing. But, if you're not clear about who your ideal client is, you will struggle to communicate with her.​ The better you understand your ideal client, the more confidence you will have to speak with her powerfully, even if you're saying things that others might find controversial. 

Module 3: ​Defining Your Niche
​In this module, you will take what you learned in the Pre-Module, and first two Modules and confidently declare your niche. You will be coached through the risks and benefits of staying focused on your niche for at least the next few years. You will learn what to do if attracting clients in your niche market "fails." Plus, you'll understand when to stay the course and when to pivot when it comes to committing to serve a niche market with your unique skills and perspective.

Module 4: Brand ​
​Once you know who you're serving, how you can uniquely serve them, and what niche market you've decided to join or create, you will further distinguish yourself in the noisy marketplace by building a brand identity. Your brand is far more than your visual logo. It's how you communicate, what you wear, how much of your story you share, how much you script compared with how much you speak live and casually. Your brand is your personal expression through your digital and in-person content.

​BONUS: ​Finding Your Voice. How to ​develop your branded business voice for live speaking, video, social posting, podcasting, and blogging while remaining authentic.

Module 5: Building Your Email List ​
​While it's great to build a platform on a social site, or have regular attendance at your live workshops, email is still key to building relationships with the 80% of potential clients who will need to get to know you better before working with you. It takes an average of 7 times for a potential client to meet, see, and hear from you in person or digitally for them to purchase one of your offerings. Building an email list allows you to develop this relationship with your potential clients, and to keep them as clients ​through the various phases of their healing journey. Plus, in this module, you'll learn our specific recommendations regarding platforms and technical set up for maintaining your email list.

Module 6: ​Creating Your Initial Content Marketing Plan
​To connect with your ideal clients consistently, you must have a clear content marketing plan. You will learn to use blogging, social media posting, videos, podcasts, and live speaking to become a known expert in your niche. It's essential to have a content plan so that you're not just randomly posting or blogging, that you're building SEO, and that you stay on brand. Planning and consistency are key when it comes to successfully building out your content marketing across all of the platforms where you communicate with clients and potential clients.

Dr. Jessica Drummond, DCN, CCN, PT, Founder and CEO of the Integrative Women's Health Institute is passionate about caring for and empowering women who struggle with women’s and pelvic health conditions.

She is equally passionate about educating and supporting clinicians in confidently and safely using integrative tools to transform women's and pelvic healthcare.

Having two decades of experience in women’s and pelvic health as a physical therapist and functional nutritionist, plus owning a private women’s health clinical nutrition and coaching practice, gives her a unique perspective on the integrative, conservative options for pelvic pain management, hormone balance, preconception and fertility support, postpartum recovery, and chronic pain and fatigue management.

Dr. Susan Clinton

Susan currently practices in Sewickley, Pennsylvania and is the co-owner and founder of Embody Physiotherapy and Wellness, Her practice centers around pelvic health, orthopedic, oncological and reproductive conditions. She utilizes health and professional coaching for clients and professionals as well as clinical mentoring.

Susan is active in teaching and research as an adjunct instructor for the University of Pittsburgh, Chatham University, Slippery Rock and Andrews University – where she is developing a Women's Health concentration in the Doctor of Science Program.

Additionally, she is an international instructor and presenter of post-professional education in women’s health and orthopedic manual therapy as well as the co-host of the Podcast: Tough to Treat and The Genius Project.

Her research activities include publications on chronic pelvic pain and clinical practice guidelines for the APTA Section on Women's Health and Orthopedic Section, and serves as the Chair of the Clinical Practice Guidelines steering committee for the Section on Women’s Health.

She is a Founder and Inaugural BOD member of the non-profit: Global Women’s HealthInitiative, .

Susan enjoys walking / hiking, country line dance and ballroom and is an avid supporter of music, the arts and international objectives for women’s health.

Amy Velasquez Rempel

Amy loves working as a Master Business Coach for The Integrative Women’s Health Institute. She received a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from Texas Women’s University and has worked in the industry for over 20 years.

She has an extensive clinical background in trauma acute/ICU, outpatient and also managed the Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit for a major hospital in Houston at The Texas Medical Center.

Most recently, Amy transitioned from her IT role at the same hospital system, supporting the design and implementation of electronic medical record regulations for rehab clinicians into The Women’s Integrative Health Institute. She is licensed in the state of Texas as a PT and holds certifications in Lean Six Sigma’s Greenbelt, and Digital Marketer. She is currently a student in the IWHI Women’s Health Coach Certification Program. 

As a working mother to 2 elementary aged children, with an internationally traveling husband, she understands challenges in this population. She has spent more than 2 decades working through issues, such as endometriosis, osteoporosis/osteopenia, and GI problems utilizing various Western, Eastern and lifestyle changes. She loves active outdoor activities, eating healthy, reading and being challenged to push boundaries.
