Building Your Successful Integrative Women’s
Health Practice 6 weeks at a time...
To help more women, you must build a financially sustainable practice, from the ground up, that does not burn you out!
That is the key.
Many business coaches can teach you marketing tactics and how to track your financials. But, usually they ignore the fact that you must be healthy and energetic to do what it takes to grow a business that is successful and sustainable for the long term.
To be a healer for the long term, you MUST fill your own reserves of energy and health. It’s a part of your job to take care of yourself. Not just with the occasional yoga class, but as a way of life.
We are healers who had to learn the hard way how to take care of ourselves in order to keep doing healing work for decades to come.
We CRASHED… got very SICK… needed serious INTERVENTION… and had to take MONTHS away from work to recover.
If you’re ready to embrace business, get comfortable with your finances, marketing, legal details and more, and commit to building a business that will support your work and you, this program is for you.
This program is available anywhere in the world with an internet connection. (We have students in nearly 50 countries in our programs, so we’re experienced in supporting you, wherever you are.)
This is a 6-week online program.
Each week, you will participate in one Module, taking action to move your business forward, sustainably and healthfully.
By the end of the 6-weeks, with focus, support, and accountability, you will have the opportunity to meet the goal that you set to move your business forward.
Success takes focus.
Without accountability, it’s easy to get sidetracked by the day-to-day challenges, shiny objects, or tactics. Sustainable business is about running your own race. Not following someone else’s success story.
Contact Hours: 24 mins and 21 secs
In this module, we will support you to clarify your business values, goals, and vision. You will also realistically consider your energy and resources, and bring self-awareness to how you like and need to work for long term sustainability.
Starting at the beginning of each 6-week session, you will learn how your baseline health and business health support your financial goals and will help you to reach more women to have sustainable health. Then, you will get clear on the one priority and revenue generating goal that you will complete by the end of the 6-week process.
You will also complete behavioral and career assessments to determine your business strengths, so you can build on them throughout the program.
Contact Hours: 23 mins and 54 secs
At IWHI, we offer several patient level group programs. In this module, you will participate in our Hormone Balance Program to support YOUR health as you grow your business.
Building a business requires mental focus, energy, and endurance! Your physical, mental, and emotional resources are essential to your business success. Plus, I am exposing you to one of our group programs to challenge you to think in a leveraged model. How can you reach more women with your unique skills, experience, and presence?
We will also look honestly at your financial, time, skill, and support resources.
Do you really need another degree? Do you have enough financial resources to take some risks in your business? Do you have the childcare that you need to really focus on your business during your work hours?
Follow and Respect the Seasons of your life:
We are women serving women, and we must be honest about what it takes to be successful in business as a woman. You may need different support, more self-funding, or a distinct schedule from your male colleagues. Making deliberate decisions about these issues is key to your success, and your ability to inspire your patients and clients - they are women with a lot on their plates too!

While we can’t magically erase all of your stress, there are many strategies for mitigating stress to protect your long term health.
And, while stress management is ESSENTIAL. It’s not enough.
You must understand the ROOT CAUSE of your stress. Perhaps it feels like you can’t change much about the most common stressors in health care…
You’ll be surprised, but once you consider your work - your calling and your skillset - within the full context of your life, you’ll find that you have more power over your stressors than you think.
In this module, we’ll go deep - get to your stress root cause, create systems in your life for buffering and balancing your stress, build your Web of Support, and align your work with your life to lower your stress load for the long term - while keeping you healthy enough to care for others for decades to come!
Once your stress is under control, you can be more productive in less time. It’s not usually the case that you don’t have enough time, it’s more likely that you don’t have enough energy… and stress is a big drain on your energy.
We’ll also cover productivity optimizing tactics and strategies.
I run a multi-six figure company and I still take my 7 year old to the bus stop most mornings. Whatever you want to create is possible with productivity optimization.
Contact Hours: 2 hours and 34 mins
Do you have a bookkeeper that you meet with on a regular basis?
Do you know how much money you need to bring in every month to cover your monthly expenses?
Do you have daily, weekly, or monthly revenue goals?
Are you planning for your tax liability at the end of the year, or paying quarterly taxes?
Are you legally covered to protect your license? Intellectual property? Personal assets?
Do you have all of the insurance that you need?
These are the fun & exciting… ok totally boring, BUT IMPORTANT questions that we’ll be covering in this module with some of the experts that I work with and trust in my business.
Getting these issues in place will dramatically reduce your business risk.
Getting these issues in place can actually help you to make more money right away by forcing you to look at your expenses - there might be some to cut immediately.
And… getting these issues in place will give you much more confidence in your work by reducing the worries like, “I am practicing in my scope of practice?” “What if someone steals my intellectual property?” “How much can I spend on marketing for this program?” “Should I pay to travel for this speaking opportunity?” “Should I have a sale on my services this month?” And more...
Contact Hours: 30 mins and 56 secs
Most healthcare professions are active, but that doesn’t mean that you’re getting the movement and specific exercise that you need each day. And, if your job is sedentary, you may struggle even more to get enough activity in each day.
Getting enough (and not too much!) of the right kind of exercise each day can make a MASSIVE difference in your fitness, brain focus, and (especially if your job is physical - like nursing, chiropractic, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or surgery) even your ability to keep working for the long term.
In this module, it’s time to get accountable to your movement plan!
We’ll also talk efficiency and focus! How is it that some people get SO MUCH DONE each day, and others struggle to finish the never ending paperwork at the end of each work day? Why do some healers need to work through lunch most days, while others are able to take the time for a noon workout and a nice post-workout meal?
If you struggle with forgetting details, brain fog, or memory challenges, this module is for you.
Finally, in Module 5, we remember that pleasure is not optional.
Your work is essential, and there is no dress rehearsal for life. Without pleasure, even running the business of your dreams, being a witness to the miracle of healing can become just another job.
We’re here to be sure that you don’t let that happen!
Contact Hours: 19 mins and 21 secs
In this module, you’ll finally get clear and be decisive about what your company stands for, who your target client is and what she cares about, and how you can solve her problem.
If you have many degrees and certifications, and you struggle to describe what you do, this is for you!
If you are ready to increase your sales using consistency and focus instead of random marketing tactics that are always changing (no need to worry about the Facebook algorithm here!), this one is for you!
If you just can’t decide how to sell your services - speaking, writing, video, advertising, local news, what??? - this is for you!
We’ll answer your questions and be sure that you get your next 6-week marketing strategy nailed down. It’s time to finally commit to this, and have the confidence to be sure that your ideal clients take action to work with you, now.

I have been a successful clinician in private practice for a long time, but stepping into training other clinicians to work with complex medical cases was challenging to say the least. It is also too easy to fall into analysis paralysis and get in your own way no matter how experienced of a business owner you already are! Jessica’s support helped me get over myself and just go and do it - launch my EBV Clinician Training Program that I am now absolutely loving!!! Thank you Jessica!!! And I know I had to listen because while we are colleague nutritionists and both successful business owners, I often look up to her for her amazing business expertise and savvy and practical approach. Her guidance has been priceless and always so appreciated. I can promise you that any business coaching Jessica puts together will be phenomenal and absolutely worth every penny!— Dr. Kasia Kines, kasiakines.com
There simply aren’t enough words to say how wonderful the Integrative Women’s Health Institute is. Taking part in their programs has forever changed the way I work with my clients!— Dr. Nara Yoon, PT, DPT, OCS
I have taken three courses with the Integrative Women’s Health Institute and each time I am impressed with the amount of content, data and practical skills I come away with that I an integrate into my practice straight away. Not only have I developed my coaching skills beyond what I thought was possible, it has had a profound effect on my clients, letting them take the lead in many cases where they have previously felt hopeless.
The amount of evidence for nutritional strategies and the systematic approach has truly revolutionised my practice and helped me to make skilled recommendations to my clients where required.
If you work with women, I cannot recommend this course highly enough.— Rachel Eyre, Health Coach, The Healthy Womb
The WHC Certification Program is rocking my world. I have done a lot of training programs in the last five years and this is hands down the best one I've ever participated in.
In this relatively new field of work in which the research and facts are sometimes scarce, having access to this course that is so well-researched is so encouraging. Jessica has covered every aspect of women's hormonal health and backed it all up with thorough evidence-based research. It's all very compelling!
Each session has been interactive and engaging. Jessica is a masterful teacher and her passion for this work really shines through every step of the way. She has left no stone unturned and covers each topic comprehensively. There is so much material that I find myself going back through each of the webinars at least 2 or 3 times. Additionally, I've implemented a lot of what I've learned into my own practice and I'm seeing phenomenal results with my clients.
If you are a coach or physical therapist and want to learn the best evidence-based practices to help your female clients, this is the course to take!— Nicole Jardim, WHC, nicolejardim.com
Jessica Drummond is one of the most amazing women and mentors I've had the pleasure to meet (virtually). IWHI provides all the answers I have been searching for - an integrative approach to women's health care, combining nutrition, lifestyle and premier coaching for ultimate health.
I stumbled across IWHI in 2014 when I was trying to find help for the many personal issues I was facing. My health was at it's lowest, I'd just had my first Endometriosis laparoscopy, and was still experiencing many symptoms particularly digestively and hormonally.
I am blessed to be one of the first students to enrol for the Women's Health Coaching program. And the program literally changed my life, transforming my own health and the health of my complex clients beyond bounds.
Since then I have become addicted to IWHI programs, enrolling for Female Athlete in 2015, the upgraded WHC in 2016, which just kicked off this month, and I can't wait to sign up for the Preconception course later this year. I have found immense value in all of the courses, both for myself personally and professionally, and for my clients.
Going through the WHC program has also inspired me to start up my own online education and coaching business - The Pelvic Expert. I'm so grateful to have the support of amazing therapists, coaches and healers like Jessica. Thank you Jessica for being an amazing inspiration!— Heba Shaheed, PT, WHC, thepelvicexpert.com
