Dr. Jessica Drummond

Dr. Jessica Drummond, DCN, CNS, PT is a functional nutrition and integrative women’s health expert. She has 18 years of clinical experience as a pelvic and women’s health physical therapist, clinical nutritionist, and health coach. She cares deeply about empowering her patients to take control of their health, and is passionate about teaching effective, conservative tools and strategies to her healthcare colleagues.

She has lectured internationally on the topic of female athletes health, and was the organizer of Women in Women’s Health, NYC, 2016, an international professional conference to promote integrative care for female athletes through the lifespan.

Jessica lectures and teaches internationally at the postgraduate level on women’s health topics, and maintains a small, private, virtual practice where she continues to work with patients from around the globe. She is an invited lecturer at a variety of global conferences, including The 2015 International Pelvic Pain Society Conference, The Future of Healing Online Conference, and The 2016 Invivo Women's Health Summit.

Dr. Julie Granger

Dr. Julie Granger PT, DPT, SCS is a board certified sports physical therapist by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties and Certified Pilates Teacher through the Pilates Method Alliance-the highest level of Pilates certification available internationally.

She specializes in working with athletes and active individuals of all ages and backgrounds, particularly endurance athletes, young (kid, ‘tween, teen) athletes, special issues pertaining to female athletes including pregnancy and postpartum stages, and individuals with chronic and persistent pain conditions. She is the founder of Performance Rehabilitation and Integrative Sports Medicine (PRISM Wellness), a boutique physical therapy, wellness and performance consulting practice where she is able to educate, empower, and elevate her clients to reach all facets of their wellness and fitness goals. She strives to incorporate a holistic approach to her client management.
